It is our pleasure to invite you to the Annual EFI Region 8 & Balkan EPT Meeting, which will take place in Belgrade on October 25th, 2025.

This meeting provides an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and discuss key issues concerning EFI Region 8 laboratories. Also, this is the opportunity to present your achievements and results of your scientific and practical work.

We do hope that the lectures from distinguished experts, as well as oral and poster presentations, and active participation in discussions, will significantly contribute and enrich the meeting.

As the meeting will be held in the heart of Belgrade, this will allow you to explore the city's rich history, culture, and vibrant social scene.

The attendance at the meeting is free of charge.

To register for the Conference, please fill in the on-line Registration Form by clicking on the button below.

All participants need to register. The registration covers access to the scientific sessions, welcome reception, coffee and lunch breaks and network event.

The confirmation of the registration will be sent via e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, please contact us via email bept2025belgrade@itks.rs

The registration deadline has been extended until September 19.

ACCOMMODATION

To book accommodation, please download the Reservation Form of the selected hotel and send the completed questionnaire to the email specified in the form.

Hotels can guarantee room reservations until September 1st, 2025. After this date, requests will be considered based on availability.
